I have done some research and this is not from the MJ 30th anniversary in 2001. It is actually from the "miracle on the 34th street" event in december , 2000 in NYC. Michael was a special guest there. 

Lets wait for others to Comment on both authenticity and identification.

Yep. I see now that this is not the one from the David Gest collection at Heritage. I jumped the gun.

Saw this at heritage.

Heritage's description of this item says it is from the 30th anniversary in 2001. What do you think? 

In terms of price. What do you think is a good range?

Yes. They are basically signed by the same artists. However this one seems to be dedicated to David Gest and probably signed on the 30th in 2001. Do you think that changes value?

This one was auctioned for $1500 months ago, description says it is from the 34th street event but the exact same poster and same people than the David gest collection- big difference in value though.

Assuming the piece is legitimate and the Beckett authentication is also valid, $1500 is a steal. So much of an auctions success is based on the marketing and who is in the room. To play devils advocate, the piece is a hodgepodge of signatures and the artwork is only so-so interesting. That would weigh down the price.
