Mlle. Desha -- cast member of the play "Music in the Air" which ran for a month, in the early '30s.

Often times, you can Google key words, and find out stuff, and that helps narrow down who the autograph might be from.

Looks like Mlle Desha only did one other play, in 1922 (the rose of istanbul, or something like that)
