I need to see the signatures closer. Some were hand signed and numbered, others were plate signed.

I think that's the plate-signed version, the hand signed ones are serial numbered if I recall correctly. Visual Gallery sold a bunch of these type of prints via eBay in the early 2000s, including hand signed ones from Roger Daltrey, Bon Jovi, & Yes. Think they are still active on eBay, you  might shoot them an email with an attached image of this to see if they can give you advice...

I had photos and autographs with all the members of Acdc here in Perth Australia on the Black Ice tour 2010 and got two high quality photos fully signed by all members. There is even a video of Angus Young signing for me.
