Hey there, this guitar was originally intended for Tool to sign. Only Danny was there, he said “do you really want the drummer to sign it alone?”. We got to talking, about 10 minutes later Maynard came over to the area and said “I’m not signing anything!” And stormed off haha. Then I stumbled across 3 of the Alice guys. Layne was the first to put his signature on the guitar. 

I had this guitar stolen from me about 5 years ago, the story you have in the thread is a rough summary of the plaque I had on the guitar. It was my guitar, I toured across the states with it. It was the only thing I had on me worth signing. If there’s any chance you’d let it go, I’d gladly pay you whatever you got it for, and cover whatever costs otherwise.
