In the course of writing a Forbes post on the Mike Piazza 9/11 jersey controversy, I discovered an amazing folk artist who sells on eBay and on Facebook He's a Lt. Col. in the U.S. Marine Corps. His name is Richard Righter.

He's so good that I am thinking of commissioning him to draw on a couple of my vintage signed baseballs. Or get players to sign his balls. It looks as though his Piazza ball is already signed.
