Does anyone know if those old Amex "cardmember copy" receipts from the late 80s/early 90s generally had authentic original (not carbon) signatures?  I've seen a number of them encapsulated by PSA (Michael Jordan, Michael jackson, etc) but were those ALWAYS/USUALLY or required to be original signatures back then??
