I have a copy of an autograph book by William H. Stephenson titled Civilizations Builders - One World Family that I've had since the early 80's.  It has about 100 pages filed with autographs of world leaders, scientists and business leaders gathered from the early 1930's to the late 1970's.

Has anyone ever seen this?  Does anyone have any background on the author?

I've attached a PDF on the cover and first few pages.  Appreciate any help you all can provide.
