They've actually been brought up a number of times in a few different threads. This seller is also a forum member. My general impression has been that they're legit, though you'll see some concerns raised within the threads.

He's a good in person grapher. A bit overpriced buy it nows but he does accept best offers, so I'm sure you would be able to haggle. I know some people post high bins knowing many people lowball.

All Star Wars, Harry Potter, and hockey graphs look good. I actually really like the Kane signed jersey, but it's very pricey.
