Need help once again...

got that one in my collection. I need help to figure out:

1) who signed that album? Brian Greenway, Jerry Mercer, Steve Lang, Myles Goodwyn and ?????

2) I have no doubt that this one is a fake - because it looks, that "Goodwyn" was signed first with an "i" and then been corrected with an "y"....

Anyway, would like to know who is the 5th unknown, maybe faked, bandmember.
