Atlanta Braves autograph identification help.

Hello, I have an Atlanta Braves cap with a signature dated 1990. I have googled the image and looked up names of players 10 years before and after the date on the hat but with no luck. I am hoping someone will recognize this right away. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
