Authentic GNR line up autograph?

Heyy everyone!

My friend lately found an autographed Use Your Illusion I LP when walking around record shops in Asia. Not sure it's a deal or scam with only $800 approximately.

This one is a bad forgery. I am glad you asked for opinions because a lot of people would just shell out the cash and think nothing of it.
