AUTHENTIC OZZY OSBOURNE?

A friend brought me this guitar signed by Ozzy Osbourne, He is trying to sell it, but the signature looks way off to me. He also has a "certificate of authenticity" but I've never heard of that company before and the address took me to a UPS store. I also noticed that the numbers on the "appraisal" sheet looked altered. No way that guitar is worth $12,550! Any thoughts?

I am definitely no expert but this doesn’t look like an ozzy signature .

You have here too many red flags as you described. So you have the answers.

I have never seen a sig like that from Ozzy. And I'm just an aficionado, not an expert.
