Hi i am looking into recieving these autographs from a fan who claims these signatures were done at the metro center (now the BMO Harris Bank Center) in rockford illinois. Wanting to know if they look legit?

I have included close-ups of the red poster attached below (one looks like Rex's auto but hard to see it with the black lettering). another, pass signed by Dimebag, stuck onto the black 101 proof poster, he didn't specify if they were signed at the same event, pass says "Dallas" and a date of: "Nov 28 1997" (Both blacked out with marker) these are both from the same guy.
