I recently purchased a Cubs jersey containing 29 signatures (photo attached).  I bought the jersey from a woman looking to thin out her father in laws collection, and she personally did not have any knowledge of the jersey.  For the most part, it looks like the signatures were from the 2003/04 time frame - I am thinking perhaps from a Cubs Convention?  I welcome any assist from the community on the remaining signatures.

Signatures 2, 3, 9, 18, 22, 27, and 28 are each autographs that I have not been able to decipher.  In addition, I am not confident that signature 10 is Francis Beltran.
