A Lowell Spinners Mike Eurusione bobblehead signed by Mike Eurusione that I have has the paint peeling off of the Bobblehead near the front of the base on top and it is happening just below the signature.  Does anyone know how to prevent the paint from peeling off so the signature does not peel off of the bobblehead?  The bobblehead was kept in a warm place and I think the heat may have affected the paint.  The paint may be of poor quality since I have seen other of these bobbleheads on Ebay that have the paint turning yellow.
