The problem with Axl is that his short rushed signature (like this one) is near impossible to authenticate! 

I have a full name Axl Rose (link below), but that one is both rushed and atypical, so I would never had bought it if it didn’t come from a rock solid source that I trust 100%:

I would never buy the one you ask for if it didn’t come from a very trusted seller and were offered for a very fair price. Hopefully other members can help out better!

Cogo is right. Axl’s Rushed, abbreviated signature is almost impossible to authenticate.  It is even more complicated in this particular situation because it is signed in a dark area and the contrast is terrible. There are other, full name examples out there that I would be more confident (and interested) in.
