I think I can answer this one on my own but I'd figured with such a rare item on the line I'd try to get someone else's opinion on it. I came across this at an antique store and it is signed "No Illusions, W. Axl Rose GNF'nR 1990". It looks fishy to me, but jeez, if its real it would be a steal!
