Babe Ruth

Hi All, I am looking to buy a babe ruth baseball and would like to know if anyone can tell me there opinion of estimated value? I am going to look at this ball at 2 this afternoon but handing out 2,800 without being sure its a good deal has me concerned. If anyone can give there input i would appreciate it. It is a PSA DNA certified ball number with letter and picture cert# is o01041

Ruth signed baseball value is directly related to condition.  for 2800 dollars, you would be hard pressed to get one that you can even read. typically the lower priced Ruth balls are severely faded, scuffed up, and virtually unreadable.  Also, there is a lot of confusion out there about which Ruth balls are authentic.  I would be careful on this transaction.

Even with PSA DNA cert? you can see the name and it is dated which you would think would help value.

and a PSA/DNA cert does not guarantee anything other than someone paid a lot of money for an opinion that may or may not be accurate.
