Babe Ruth autograph $5 silver certificate cut: Authentic?

I hesitate to comment in Ruth because there have been so many authenticated forgeries that it is difficult to determine which examples to use for comparison. but this one does have many positives.

I'm not a big fan of TPA's but if it makes you feel better about it, or want to resell it then go for it.
