Bank Street Autographs

Has anyone heard of a company called Bank Street Autographs. Someone is offering a music signed item with their COA from the UK. The COA has the name of George Panos on it. When I google the name, the person and the email address I couldn't find anything.

Post a photo of the autograph, random COAs are worthless.
