I got this Barbara Walters index card signed thru the mail circa 1985 in my sase sent to NBC. I submitted to PSA and got a form letter rejection with no detail on why its a secratarial. Can I get some comments on this please? did she have a secretary back then? Never read anything like that. THANKS ALL!
