Beatles Early Cut Signatures ‘62 or early ‘63 With COA

Here is a set of early cut signatures that could be late 1962 or early 1963 if authentic. COA is from Charles Phillips whom I have never heard of before.  Resolution is not great on the signatures but good enough to say yeah or nay. Any other thoughts?

Be careful not to spend too much re-framing etc as they are such crude cuts they have a ceiling, by spending a lot on making them look more presentable this may eat into a large chunk of your profit. There’s a similar looking set to these currently on eBay at £2,750, they are however unframed.
