Beatles Signed Fan Club Card

Here is an interesting item - an early signed Fan Club card most likely with secretarial signatures? Any other thoughts?

This card was released in the UK in September 1963. These not fan club signatures...maybe the Beatles families? They used to sign the cards and send them to fans who requested their autographs.
