Best pen to use for getting baseball autographs?

I know that a blue ballpoint pen is the best to use, but which one specifically? Is there a top of the line pen for autographs, or is a simple Bic the best?

The Shuttle Art first caught my attention as I was seeking for the best pen to autograph a baseball. This product, a set of waterproof markers, leaves a thick, rounded, and stunning signature on the baseball field.
