Bette Midler -- Opinions?

Attached is the signed album my friend is interested in.  I have seen Bette's signature in person (stage door, book signings) as well as pre-signed items for charity (Hello, Dolly items for BCEFA).  The attached looks legit to me -- but do let me know what you guys think?  Cheers.
