"Big Lebowski" Jeff Bridges Signed Script. Is this authentic??

Just came across this "Big Lebowski" Jeff Bridges signed script and file cover dated 1999 with his doodle of The Dude.

Is this authentic??? Thank you.

I have seen lots of reproductions of Jeff's signature and artwork, but as long as this is in ink.... and not reproduced, it looks right on.
