Seller is "realsignedautographed"

He has a fair amount of stuff for sale.  The fact he has a CSN album w/Crosby on it for $125 makes me suspicious the Billy auto is fake.  But I've met Billy a few times and got his graph.  This looks legit to me.  Any one got any opinions?
