Hello everyone, 
I'm looking at purchasing this Blink 182 auto for my little brother for his birthday and can't figure out if it's real or fake. Here is the description from the seller: 

Up for auction, we have this original fully hand-signed 8" X 10" colour photo by Blink 182. The photo was signed at two different locations. Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker signatures were signed at the State Theatre: St. Petersburg, Florida on the 08/11/2006. Tom Delonge signature was signed at the Ford Amphitheatre: Tampa, Florida on the 03/12/2006.

Only reason I'm hesitating is because several people have said this seller has had fake Tool and U2 autographs in the past.
