Book signed 7 times by Muhammad Ali - real?

Hi,

What do you think about the seven(!) signatures of Muhammad Ali in this book in German language?

All signatures are shown on the photos of the auction. The first signature is dated 1976 (which is also the year the book was published).

Nobody an idea whether this could be legit signatures by Ali?

According to PSA QuickOpinion it is likely not genuine.
