The metal at the top seems the same. As does the black rubber/other.

Please compare.

According to the photos I can't see the same black rubber as on the certificate photos.
So I said that you compare it or turn the piece of metal until you see exactly the same black rubber.

Hi Ivor,

Yes I have compared it. They are the same. If you look at  my other post you can see the black rubber or whatever it is.

I just did a Google search 'Bruce Lee skipping ropes'. They were with autographsale.net in 2016. Same picture, same ropes. Under worthcollecting.com

You can't get any better than Greig McArthur.

Sorry I still can't attach pictures to replies only new posts. I am using a mobile phone.

Yes, that's why I just mentioned Autographsale because I saw it there.

I think you didn't understand me correctly hehe, I see the black ruber that's right it's all over the metal piece, but it has a certain point where I circled it in the photo, you should compare that.

Here's what else I could see.

The right side in the photo matches yours it is matt, and the left side shiny matches yours too.

Hi Ivor,

Yes that's correct. Now that I recall I spoke at length with Greig about the TK certificates.

There was a debate at the time as to whether his son was forging certificates in order to raise money. This of course was just pure speculation. Nothing unterwards Taky or his son is implied or intended.

I do know that a lot of these certainly were forged by unscrupulous dealers. However as already quoted these rarely had the images on them.

I do hope Kato logs in at some time.

All of these items from Bruce Lee without his writing or signature are a big risk for authenticity.  I trust Greig and have bought from him myself.  However, the bigger problem for this item is that with 100% certainty that is not Taky Kimura’s signature.  Here is an example of TK’s full signature.  A1325BD5-8E32-45F7-BC00-DE35C01A72AD.jpeg

Autographsale.net had these.
