Don`t think its legit. I wouldn`t buy it without asking roger first.

His signature changes quite a bit depending on the situation he is signing it in.  I would focus on the "B" and how it ties into the rest of the signature.  Here are two very different signatures, both PSA:

It's a tough call, the only thing throwing me is the over embellished loop in the middle of the "B", but it could be good.  Definitely ask Roger before you buy.
