Buckwheat signed document, is it real?

I wanted to get others opinions on this Buckwheat signed Album Page as I'm considering buying it but not sure of its authenticity.

Items signed by Billy "Buckwheat" Thomas are hard to come by so I wanted to make sure this one is real.
