As some of you may have read here in this forum , an autograph dealer named Allen Radwill of Guarantee Autograph , website www.GuaranteeAutograph.com from New Jersey, has posted several derogatory but completely fabricated reviews about a John Hancock letter he claims I, Kevin Conway sold him. He posted in the Fall of 2011 on several of the less reputable reviews site like Ripoffreort.com, Pissedconsumer.com and others. But, he is continuing to update some of these posting recently. And of course he posts anonymously using various fictitious names. I knew when these fake reviews popped up online it was without question Mr Allen Radwill. However, in February of 2012 he confirmed in an email to me his malicious activity by threatening if I discussed his suspicious activity in the autograph forums again he would double his slander efforts against me. .
But, I will not go into details as you can read the post from last year here in this forum, just search “Allen Radwill” at the top of this page and you will see it. You can visit his website and come to your own conclusion.. The purpose here is I would like to invite Mr Radwill to post proof of the John Hancock he claims to have purchased from Conway’s Vintage Treasures. When and how you bought it Mr Radwill. Post the following right here in a reply to this post.
1). An image (or better a video so you cannot photoshop an image) of you Mr Radwill holding the John Hancock letter you supposedly purchased. NOT just an image of a John Hancock letter you download from an auction website.
2). An image of the check (for “over $100,000) you used to purchase the letter. Both front of check showing bank cancellation and reverse with my endorsement signature and bank stamps.
3). A docket # and court house you filed the “civil suit” you claim in your online reviews. SURELY for a $100,000+ purchase there was indeed a lawsuit..?
Now, it is obvious Mr Radwill cannot respond to the above because such a transaction never took place. It was just a slander campaign to retaliate against me for “outing” his suspicious activity on eBay with his username “allen1948” back in 2004-2005 and also discussing the suspicious nature of his website www. GuaranteeAutograph.com. But, it will be interesting IF Mr Radwill does respond, what might we possibly see? And, WILL WE for the first time see Mr Radwill show up himself and not hide behind anonymous , fake names?
Collectors who do not know me may see one of these fake reviews online and take them at face value believing it is true. Hence, I wanted to have an open and independent place to invite Mr Radwill to exhibit any proof to his online complaints. And what better and more reputable place than AutographMagazine.com, where UNLIKE the "bogus" review sites like Ripoffreport.com actually verifies identification and is not a slanderous free-for-all.

Steve,
I wish! However, remember where these guys "Live" (mentally) and HOW they have spent most of their lives. Radwill respond? He would first have to discover something relatively foreign to him,.. a Spine. Hence, I am not holding my breath. But, it would be nice for the first time to have a REAL dialogue with him, other then through aliases, anonymous characters and crank phone calls.
Hi Kevin,
You should go after this guy and sure him like Roger sued that Corey fellow. Sounds like the exact same situation, as he sent Roger an email saying the exact same thing, that he would double the efforts if Roger tried to defend himself. With that email you probably have plenty to win a lawsuit.
To be honest though i always thought GuaranteeAutographs was a just for fun site, lol. I never thought that anyone would actually purchase from them. When i view the site i cant do anything but laugh.
But on a serious note, i hope he also comes here to discuss his autographs he has for sale, as i have many questions, as im sure you, and this whole board does.
Carl,
I have sought Counsel . But, remember Radwill never appears as himself, everything he posts is done cowering behind anonymous identities. For example, all the Ripoffreport type online complaints he does with various identities. He even assumes the identity of people from this forum in his posts, which further gives us a peak into the mind of this guy. . Another thing is you can sue , but most of these guys have nothing.
