Can anyone identify the autograph on this guitar?

I am trying to identify an autograph on a guitar I purchased several years ago. The guitar itself is somewhat collectible, a 1982 Takamine 'Lawsuit' G335 12 String Acoustic. I bought it on ebay as a player without any regard to the autograph and the seller did not know who's signature it was. Looks like the initials could be T and P or K and the year '97 below it. It is very faint but a very distinct signature. Can you help?

I can't make it out that well but the Edge from U2 signs similar. Maybe you should have a look at some of his examples just going off the top of my head.
