Can anyone please help me figure out the personalized writing?

Hey everyone! I just bought this awesome autograph and I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out what he wrote above his name.

Is it a name? Or a quote or a "love" etc

hmm you might have figured it out! You think the forst word is a "to"? Looks like something else.

It's sloppy but his usual inscription is "To: (Your Name Here)" Rock

the "To" and ":colon" is standard.
