Can anyone provide any information on the reputation of Athletic Promotional Events (APE)

Hi everyone.  I am looking at some signed football jerseys offered with COA's from APE (athletic promotional events).  Does anyone have any experience in dealing with APE or can anyone provide me with any information regarding the company's reputation or that of its founder Scott Kupersmit?
