Looks like one of those typical "make it at home" COAs. Definitely not someone I'd trust if that's all they had to back the item up.
I would tend to agree that just judging by the COA, i am highly suspicious. But i would need to see a pic of the Bruce autograph to know for sure, as COAs are worthless for the most part as it is. Some carry more weight than others. But sometimes you will get a legit item with a POS home printed COA, so you never know. I did a quick google search for R.Wallace of sound search in the UK and found nothing though. Also their have been a ton of forgeries coming out of the UK and Australia fairly recently. I wouldnt be a bit surprised if this is along that same line.
If you post a pic of the Bruce autograph then im sure you will get a definitive answer.

Also, West Midland UK seems to be a hot spot for incredibly bad forgeries at this point.
this coa belongs to Richard Wallace,a well known distributor of forgeries based in the midlands England 100% fake if you get anything from his company
Antoni put a picture of your guitar on here and get opinions,Mr Wallace is well known on this forum,as for his supplier, his main man that supplies him has been banged up for a while on HMP
Im new to this what is HMP? I've added pic. I have it on another page also and everyone claims it to be a fake.
