I inherited a unique item recently. It is a signed Bicentennial "Duties of the Speaker of the house" booklet. It is signed,:to my friend Charley Turner Carl Albert. Signed in 1976. It is a special edition of the duties as this was commemorating the bicentennial of the US congress. Carl Albert was the 94th speaker of the house. I would like to know how do i preserve it, do I need to preserve it?? I don't really know what I have. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
