Carroll O'Connor opinions?

The Jean Stapleton looks authentic but I'm a little iffy on the O'Connor. Here's a check I have but would like another eye to verify the photograph's authenticity. I believe the photograph has authentic characteristics.

I think the photo is authentic. the tipping point is the "r" formation in O'Connor.

Thanks Terrier! The photograph looks authentic but I am always iffy with O'Connor. Whoever used to sign his fan mail for him was pretty good at his signature and can be tricky to discern real from fake.
