Has anyone had any experience with the CBCS "Verified Signature" (Red Label) program (handled through CSA Comics)?

I know that no TPA is 100% accurate, but we all know that some are better than others. I'm wondering if this is a viable route to increase the value of my unwitnessed comics or if it'll end up going the way of GAI, thus making my books worth more if they stay raw.
