What of this options offers more reliability in your opinion?

It is for an item of little value (David Copperfield). The second cost almost half than the first, but it has not COA (only is selled by a JSA dealer).

There is a lot of dissent about JSA (also about PSA/DNA) but i dont know if PSA/DNA analyzes this type of items.
