I don't know the answer, but I wouldn't trust any COA that's blatantly contradictory like that first.

Either it's unconditionally guaranteed for the life of the piece or it's not transferrable. It can't be both, because that's a condition that has no bearing on the life of the piece.

Frankly, I don't trust any dealer whose authenticity guarantee is non-transferrable or limited only to the original buyer (which both of those do).

Either you stand behind your product or you don't--it's not like the autograph suddenly goes from real to fake when it's given away or sold. It's the same signature on the same piece.

The only reason I can think of to disown it after it changes hands is because you're betting that it'll change hands before someone figures out it's fake, thus reducing the number of pieces you have to refund.

It's possible there's another explanation, but, if there is, I can't think of it.

You'd probably be better off soliciting opinions on some pieces themselves, rather than the company as a whole.
