Civil War Signature - Worth Anything?

I have a blue pass notice with a massive signature by Drake DeKay.  Does this have enough value to seek out a dealer who would purchase it?

Cool looking but somehow even though personalized it looks printed. I'd say put it on eBay and you will find out the value, which I suspect is not much.
