Crazy prices for Beatles-signed items on eBay

Has anyone checked out the some of the signed items on eBay recently? There are some people asking ridiculous amounts of money for a simple Paul McCartney autograph. One guy is trying to sell an Abbey Road poster signed by McCartney for $24,000 usd!!! I messaged him and told he needs his head examined.

Well, he's actually selling three posters signed by Paul. The price of each one is exorbitant. He also has a poster signed by Ringo for almost $3,000, which makes me think he has absolutely no idea about the prices of Beatles memorabilia.
