Is there any possible way to "turn on" crossposting here?

I ask because this forum has a few very diverse communities, and, while I understand why posting the same message multiple times is a bad idea, I think crossposting would be a great way to ensure that questions are seen by all the groups whose members can answer while not running into the problems caused by posting the same message multiple times.
