David Gilmour sig - Promo copy of The Final Cut

Hello.  I am debating about sending this to PSA for authentication to eventually sell it.  Before I send it, I wanted to see what you guys thought about it.  Does it look legit?  Any idea on what it's worth?  Thanks in advance for your insight!

I agree with Paul here, an unusual signature with a couple inconsistencies but overall I think it's OK.
