I'm certainly no expert (I'm waiting for opinions on four Dean Martin autographs I put out), but from what I have seen and read on this forum it may be a secretarial signature. Although see what others think.

Yes, it is definitely secretarial. There is a pretty good Dean Martin autograph study in isitreal.com

You can tell by the connection of the letters. See yourself.
