Deion Sanders Signed Jersey COA appears to be lost...

My sister-in-law gave me some items that were my brother's. One thing that I really like and will keep and have framed for myself if it is real, is this Deion Sanders Cowboys official authentic jersey that is signed on the back. I have attached a few pictures of it. She can't find a COA for it, so I'll send it to JSa or PSA if it looks like it could be legit. Just don't want to waste the money it is completely off.

I realize this is an old post. Deion follows me on Twitter. I messaged him and asked if he signed the jersey and he replied: "Yes I signed that 4 sho." Would you be interested in selling me the jersey? I hate asking celebrities for autographs. :)
