Up for sale is 1 4x6 signed Derek Jeter Plaque (the one on the right). Item does not have the paper coa but does have hologram. This is exactly how I got the item from steiner when purchased a year ago and never looked until today. These retailed at $299.95 through steiner when still available. In the second picture you can see I bought 2 of these but only 1 had the paper COA but you can see the item is legit.
