Collect Autographs? What about Desks?

I just heard that Jimmy Kimmel is auctioning off his desk, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Red Cross, to help with Hurricane Sandy. He had that desk signed by other famous men behind desks – David Letterman, as well as Comedy Central hosts Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert.

If you’d like a slightly nicer desk for the den, might I suggest the one Bram Stoker used to write Dracula. It’s also at an auction (a different one), and they’re expecting that to fetch $60,000. It’s not signed by anyone, but certainly looks a lot nicer (all blood stains have been washed from it ;-)
